I wanted to appeal to a more mature audience when doing the ads because I felt that I haven't had any works that is specific to an older age group. The magazine that I thought my ads would go in would be a Rolling Stone Magazine, or some other music magazine. I played off the word criminal by using mugshots for one add and wearing headphones so people would recognize the ad is for a music company. The other add I made myself be "arrested" by placing a tape in my back pocket and taking the film and wrapping them around my wrist to make it seem I was under arrest.
One word comes to mind: DOPE! :D

ReplyDeleteI really liked how these turned out and felt really strong about both ads after coming up with a solution to my initial problems.
I'm glad that the photography turned out smooth too since I do not work with a lot of photography but overall I think everything turned out real nice.
